When you use Miraii, we may collect:

• Phone number — to call you and identify your account
• Name — to personalize your experience
• Email address — if provided during sign-up or waitlist
• Call transcripts — the full text of your conversations with Miraii
• Call recordings — audio recordings of your calls (if enabled)
• Call metadata — duration, timestamp, persona selected, and call outcome

3. Why We Collect It

We use your data solely to:

• Provide and improve the Miraii voice AI experience
• Personalize conversations based on your history and preferences
• Send updates or early access notifications (only if you opted in)
• Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Store & Protect It

Your data is stored in a secure, encrypted database with industry-standard protections including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is strictly limited to authorized systems only.

We do not store payment information.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We work with the following trusted providers to operate Miraii:

• Vapi.ai — voice call infrastructure
• OpenAI — AI language model powering conversations
• Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription
• Supabase — secure data storage

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Deletion — request permanent deletion of your data at any time
• Correction — request corrections to inaccurate data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out — stop receiving communications at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@miraii.ai. We respond within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

We retain conversation transcripts and call data for up to 12 months to power personalization. You may request deletion at any time and we will process it within 14 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Miraii is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has used our service, we will delete their data immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or contacting you directly.
